Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat. Players can reroll their equipment into three categories three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage that weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health. Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Growthstones In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts. To upgrade gear, players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click the “level up” button. The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone. After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. The system is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in combat but don't want burden their wallets. Clicking on the “transfer tab”, players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto the new gear. For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. Leveling Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will receive an upgraded level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level. Items with upgraded base stats will display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments cannot be applied to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be added, as well as an initial amount for the equipment. The Upgrade Station has two slots: the first is where players can place a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process. A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19. When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. Once a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to the track will be offered at a discount. Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools in order to provide an additional effect or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely. Requirements Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available). The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources within the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or replaced freely, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction. Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item. For instance, the helm upgrade “Foundation of the Sun” boosts the base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement “Wildfire” boosts weapon damage. Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version. When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will show an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item. The game will place an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
